The annual charity event, which benefits the Pee Dee Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Assault, held a reveal party on Wednesday, September 27 at the Beasley Farm and introduced this year’s crop of personalities and professionals who will boogie down, cut a rug, and bust a move for a great cause.

Clean up Darlington day scheduled

The Darlington Garden Club and the City of Darlington are sponsoring a Clean Up Day in Darlington on Saturday, Oct. 21 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Volunteers should bring work gloves and eye protection. They should also wear clothes that can get dirty. The group will meet at the Greater Darlington Chamber of Commerce, 38 Public Square. A make-up rain day will be Oct. 28. Cooks sought for local event

  The City of Darlington Fire and Police Dept. are currently looking for cooks for the Taste of Christmas event. It will take place Nov. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 216 S.
