Belly Dancing Basics is a class for all ages, sizes, and levels of dancers. Beginners are very welcome! The class will teach basic moves in belly dance, along with a layering of dance moves that will enhance flexibility and a curvaceous body, complimenting all body types.

Belly Dancing Basics introduces multiple hip and chest movements, which will give any feminine body great confidence in her everyday movements. The class also reviews arm, back, and neck exercises that relieve stress and build muscle tone. The class is completed standing and requires no moving in and out of the floor. All participants should bring a scarf when attending.
