Darlington County students returned to school on Monday, August 1st for the first day of the 2022-2023 school year.

A fatal motorcycle collision occurred on July 26th at around 11:06 p.m. on East Home Avenue, approximately 5 miles east of Hartsville.
Mr. & Mrs. Dubose receive Pride Award
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Dubose have been given the Residential Pride Award for the fine work they’ve done to their home and yard at 622 First Street in Darlington.
