Williams honored for service to 1st Franklin Financial
Cynthia Williams, senior customer service representative for 1st Franklin Financial’s Hartsville office, was recognized for 10 years of service with the company on June 16. Williams joined the company in June 2011. She lives in Hartsville. 1st Franklin Financial Corp. has been in the consumer finance business since 1941.
