Two men were being held on charges of attempted murder last week after being accused of firing shots from a vehicle on June 10 in the Hartsville area. The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office said Antonio Verell Mills Jr., 21, of Hartsville, and Terence Ford, 31, of Hartsville, were each facing two counts of attempted murder after someone fired shots from a Tahoe in the Calvary Road area. Shell casings were found at the scene, according to reports. It wasn’t clear whether any of the targeted people were injured.
