Two dozen arrested
A coordinated effort by the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office, the Darlington Police Department and the Hartsville Police Department has resulted in 25 arrests in a three-week period, officials said. The Proactive Community Enforcement Effort is credited with the seizure of 12 guns, 920 grams of marijuana, 12.8 grams of methamphetamine, six hits of MDMA, 56.5 prescription pills, seven strips of suboxone, eight doses of LSD and 8.3 grams of crack cocaine, according to reports.
