Temple Christian Academy Honor Roll
Awards Day at Temple Christian was held April 22. Several awards were given in different categories. Students in the 2-year-old kindergarten, 3-year-old kindergarten and 4-year-old kindergarten programs were awarded certificates for academic achievement and excellent conduct characteristics.
Winners of the Art Club contest were: First place, Nicko Goode, son of Jennifer and Brett Goode; second place, Kayln Paschal, daughter of Rebekah and Ronny Paschal; and third place, Emmalyn Player, daughter of Marcia and Josh Player. Temple’s Art Club is sponsored by Stacy Johnson.
Temple also held a talent show April 1 and the winners were recognized at Awards Day. First place was Aulbrie Moses, daughter of Regina and Brandon Moses; second place was a tie with Kayln Paschal, daughter of Rebekah and Ronny Paschal, and Lillyanne Mozingo, daughter of Brenda Mozingo; and third place was Nicko Goode, son of Jennifer and Brett Goode. Lauren McArthur was the sponsor of the Temple Talent show.
Honor Roll for the third nine weeks included 55 children listed below: Five-year-old kindergarten, taught by Kayli Munn and Ashley Felice: All-A Honor Roll: Aaron Medlin, Alonna Squire, Bryson Richardson, Bryson Williams, Hailey Hempton and Trenton Harrell. A/B Honor Roll: Aleah Teel, Braylon Felice, David Walters, Hayden Ann Brigman, Katie Blackmon and Logan Teel. First grade, taught by Calena Cain: All-A Honor Roll: Anaya Washington, Britten Bruce, Cayson Howle, Chase Myers, Elizabeth Blackmon, Gracie Langston, Jahalee Brown, Kayln Paschal, Kenzie McFarland, Noelle Harrell, Piper Royall and Rond Graham. A/B Honor Roll: Bentley Locklair, Brody Roberts, Griffin Pearson.
