Teenager slain near Hartsville
Officials say a teenager was shot and killed May 18 near Hartsville. Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee said the incident took place on Clearview Drive about 8 p.m. He said the victim was 16, and because the victim was a juvenile, the coroner’s office will not release the person’s name. The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office was investigating.
