Police accuse Darlington man of sexual battery

A Darlington man was being held in the Florence County Detention Center, accused of sexual battery. Jeffrey Jermaine Timmons II, 32, is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct, jail records show. According to reports, the alleged victim is over 18. Timmons was being held on a $25,000 bond.
