Man slain in Dovesville area
In the third fatal shooting in Darlington County in a three-day period, a Dovesville man was killed Saturday afternoon, authorities said. Wilbert Brown, 45, died in the incident, said Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee. As of press time Monday, there was no word on arrests in the case. The county Sheriff’s Office was investigating.
