Man shot inside car at Hartsville intersection
The Hartsville Police Department was investigating a Thursday incident in which a man inside a car was wounded at Fourth Street and Hartsville Crossing Boulevard, officials said. Police said four people were inside a car and got into a dispute with each other. One shot another; the victim’s wounds were not life-threatening. Police said the alleged gunman is thought to have fled on foot.
