Lamar man killed in shooting
The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office was investigating a fatal shooting Feb. 16 near Lamar. County Coroner Todd Hardee said the incident took place on Bay Branch Road. He identified the victim as Corey Jaquile Williams, 23, of Lamar. No other details of the case were immediately available.
