Falcon Week: Let’s Paint the Town Purple
Mayor Tony Watkins signed a proclamation making October 4th through the 10th, Falcon Week for the City of Darlington. The Proclamation was given in recognition of Darlington High Schools outstanding Academic and Athletic contributions. We hope everyone will show their community spirit and support the Falcons by sporting your Falcon gear during Falcon Week and throughout the year. We’d like to see every business with a Falcon Sign and every car with a Falcon window sticker. Many businesses wore their Falcon purple shirts on Game days and we’d love to see that again this year. The Falcon flags will be on the Public Square as the Falcons begin another great year. So now let’s paint the town purple, during Falcon Week!
