Diaper Giveaway held

A diaper giveaway was held Aug. 20 outside the Darlington DSS offices on Russell Street. The event was conducted by Welvista, Pee Dee Healthy Start Inc., and Maternity Health and Resource Centers. Aware of the possible COVID risk, organizers avoided crowds by having people schedule appointments online before arriving. Organizers also required masks be worn for the event.
