Darlington day care shut down
A Darlington day care was shut down last week for city code violations, officials said.
Rose’s Learning Tree day care on Russell Street was closed after an inspection by the city, Capt. Kimberly Nelson with the Darlington Police Department told local media.
Nelson said the day care had been operating without a business license and there was no running water in the building.
