COVID disrupts more athletics at DCSD
A volleyball player on the Darlington High School volleyball team has tested positive for COVID-19. As a result of COVID-19 restrictions, the majority of the varsity and junior varsity team members have been quarantined. The following games were rescheduled: 8/31/21 — Darlington High JV vs. Myrtle Beach at Darlington High 9/1/21 — Darlington High JV at Crestwood 9/2/21 — Darlington High JV at Wilson High School In addition, the Lamar High School volleyball game against Lake City High School scheduled for 9/2/21 was canceled due to COVID restrictions on the part of Lake City High School.
