Sue Shugart, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville, recently received the American College of Healthcare Executives Senior-Level Healthcare Executive Regent’s Award at the South Carolina Hospital Association annual meeting in Columbia, SC.
