Hartsville sets the date for Miss S.C.’s homecoming
The Miss Hartsville Scholarship Board will host a Homecoming event to welcome home Jill Dudley, Miss South Carolina 2022 (formerly Miss Hartsville) on Sunday, Aug. 28, at 3 p.m. in the Stein Gallery at the Elizabeth Boatwright Coker Performing Arts Center at Coker University.

Duke Energy Foundation funds local mobile feeding programs
The Duke Energy Foundation recently gave a grant of $4,500 to the Darlington County Council on Aging to use in their mobile feeding programs. This program helps provide many seniors who can’t leave their homes with a nutritious meal.
