Businessman will run for Hartsville mayor
Hartsville businessman Jordan Flowers has announced that he will run for Hartsville mayor in the November nonpartisan election. Flowers describes himself as “a lifelong resident of Darlington County and member of St. Bartholomew’s Anglican Church.” He lives in the Prestwood neighborhood with his wife Niki, 6-year-old daughter Sophia, and 3-month-old son Luke. He owns Flowers Furniture, “picking up the mantle of my grandfather and the store’s founder, former Chief Magistrate of Darlington County Winfred Flowers.” Flowers says, “I am running to bring consistent and clear fiscally conservative leadership to the city of Hartsville.”
