Arthur M. Flowers
Darlington – Arthur M. Flowers, age 74 died Saturday, August 21, 2021. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the family held a private graveside service at Grove Hill Cemetery. Those who wished to pay their respects to Mr. Flowers were able to do so on Wednesday and Thursday between 1-5 p.m. at Belk Funeral Home. Born on June 25, 1947, Arthur was the son of the late Wilber Flowers and Louise Singletary Flowers. He worked for Carolina Bank and then retired from SPC Credit Union. Arthur was an avid Clemson Tigers fan and a member of First Baptist Church in Darlington. Surviving are his wife, Linda Knight Flowers; daughter, Sandy (Lou) Bezjak; son, Neal (Jessica) Flowers; grandchildren, Haylee (Dylan) Barfield, Brent Johnson, Kolton Flowers, Jaxon Flowers; and a great-grandchild, Larken Barfield.
