Two in custody after weapons, drugs found during traffic stop

A man and woman are in custody after weapons and drugs were found during a traffic stop in Darlington County. The traffic stop occurred on Kellytown Road in Hartsville on October 31st, according to the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office.
During the stop, sheriff’s deputies seized 135 pills, a “quantity of” methamphetamine, approximately 3.5 pounds of marijuana and 3 firearms.
Nathan Thomas and Jenny Tinsley were arrested in connection to the items which were found and both are facing a number of drug-related charges. Thomas was also charged with possession of the three weapons. They are both being held at the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center in Darlington.
