A new kind of wellness experience has arrived near downtown Hartsville. The Pearl Health & Wellness Center, located at 644 South Fourth Street, celebrated its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on Tuesday, September 22, with the ceremony sponsored by the Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce.

The Pearl pairs advanced wellness treatments with a serene, spa-like atmosphere, with the goal of helping clients look, feel and live their best. It is decorated in rich, soft colors with a stylish, modern ambience.

“This is a place where we offer wellness services and treatments to help you look better, feel better and live better,” said Dr. Toya Danzey, MD, FACOG, the center’s owner and operator.

Dr. Danzey leads the practice alongside Cydney Howle, Nurse Practitioner.

The Pearl’s approach to care rests on four guiding principles:

Luxury Experience: an elegant, warm environment designed for client comfort.

Personalized Care: treatments tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Proven Results: advanced therapies that help clients look and feel their absolute best.

Whole You Wellness: care that nurtures body, mind and confidence.

The Pearl offers a broad range of services under one roof:

IV Therapy, Botox & Filler, Hair Restoration, Medical Weight Loss, 3D/4D/8K Ultrasound Imaging, Lactation Consultation, and Counseling/Life Coaching.

The lineup spans aesthetic, medical and emotional support services, reflecting the center’s whole-person approach to wellness.
