Shooting ruled homicide

A 32-year-old Darlington man was fatally shot Wednesday evening in what authorities are actively investigating as a homicide.

Dylan Ray Larymore was pronounced dead at the scene by Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee following the shooting, which occurred around 9:30 P.M. on Candy Lane.

The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), and the Darlington County Coroner’s Office are conducting a joint investigation into the incident.
