Pee Dee man arrested for drugs, weapons
A Pee Dee man was arrested on Thursday, November 17th, after deputies executed a search warrant at a home off Jasper Avenue in Hartsville. According to the Darlington County Sheriff’s office, Jalin Robinson was arrested at the scene and charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a stolen pistol. The arrest warrant states that Robinson had about 648 grams of a substance authorities believed to be marijuana as well as two weapons, one of which was reported stolen by the Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office. He also has a prior conviction for marijuana possession.
The search warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation and more charges may follow. Online records show Robinson was booked into the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center in Darlington following his arrest on Thursday.
