Paul Kistler Dudley
Mr. Paul Kistler Dudley, 98, passed away on Wednesday, December 7th, 2022.
Born September 14th, 1924, Paul was the son of N.G. “Tony” and Ura Mae Stewart Dudley of Darlington. Mr. Dudley proudly served in the Unites States Army Air Corps. He then worked as an engineer with James Rivers /American Can for many years until his retirement. After his retirement, Mr. Dudley enjoyed tinkering around in yards and his shop. He enjoyed being around people, and was proud of his age. Paul was a longtime member of the Masons and Darington First Pentecostal Holiness Church and loved his church family dearly.
He is survived by his sons Franklin Dudley and Wayne (Rosanna) Dudley, step-son, Frankie (Denise) Dudley, grandchildren: Frankie (Somer) Dudley, Dawn (Daniel) Boykin and Marshall Dudley, great-grandchildren: Quinn, Denton, Mason, and Savannah; his sister, Ruth Iseman; several nieces and nephews and special “bonus” family members, Cheryl Gandy, Curtis Register and Kirby Hall, sisters-in-law, Arlene Dudley and Margie Dudley.
He is preceded in death by his parents. His first wife Edna Mae Dudley Hill, second wife, Betty Jolly Dudley and special friend, Bea Register. His grandchild, Elizabeth Claire Dudley, His sisters, Christine, Martha and Trubee and brothers; N.G. Jr., Wade, George, Ray, and James Dudley.
Anyone wishing to stop by the funeral home and view Mr. Dudley and sign his register could do so between the hours of 1:00 and 5:00 Friday, December 9, 2022.
All services being held will be private for the family of Mr. Paul Dudley.
