Black Creek Medical Consultants has a newly remodeled addition! Modern Medical Spa, inside the facility, located at 149 E. Carolina Avenue in Hartsville, has undergone a dramatic and very impressive transformation. A ribbon cutting, sponsored by the Greater Hartsville, SC Chamber of Commerce, was held this morning as Dr. Orville Dyce (owner of Black Creek Medical Consultants), his staff and guests celebrated the event. The spa offers a huge list of services, including Botox/Xeomin, fillers, IV therapy, facial treatments, hydrafacials, body treatments, permanent makeup, massage therapy, laser treatments, facial contouring, brow/lash services and teeth whitening.
