Man killed in bar shooting

A suspect has been arrested in a deadly weekend shooting at a bar near Hartsville, officials said.
Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee said Arthur Carroway, 49, of Hartsville, died in the early Saturday incident at Bar 112 on South 5th Street. Hardee said there had been “some sort of a disagreement” between the victim and suspect. The case has been ruled a homicide.
Maj. David Young with the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office on Monday identified the suspect as Devonte Montell Stuckey. He said Stuckey has been charged with murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a violent crime.
