Leadership Hartsville Class of 2022 held a groundbreaking for the new Hartsville’s “welcome” signage at the intersection of 5th and 6th streets. Revitalizing the sign is the class project for Leadership Hartsville, a program of the Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce.
