Hartsville Police honored

The Hartsville Police Department has been named 2021 Agency of the Year for excellence in DUI enforcement and public education by the S.C. Department of Public Safety, Office of Highway Safety and Justice Programs through the S.C. Law Enforcement Network. Officer Jessica Dellinger, the department’s DUI officer, was named 2021 Officer of the Year. The department also earned Gold Level status for 2021 from SCLEN.
