Hartsville hosts Annual Heart of the Holidays

The City of Hartsville hosted its Annual Heart of the Holidays Downtown Open House and Centennial Tree Lighting on Thursday, November 17th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Downtown Hartsville came alive with holiday festivities, late night shopping, Annual Centennial Tree lighting, pictures and visits with Santa, downtown shopping and much more.
