Hartsville holds Veterans Day celebration

Speaker Emory Waters gave a moving talk at the Hartsville Veterans Memorial Ceremony on Friday, November 11th at the T. B. Thomas Center in Hartsville. Pictured here is Virginia and Emory Waters.
