Hartsville City Council meeting rescheduled

Due to the severe weather forecast the January 9^th Regular Meeting of Hartsville City Council has been cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday, January 16^th at 5:30pm in Council Chamber at City Hall, 100 East Carolina Avenue.
