Hartsville Christmas Parade 2016

The morning temperatures were frosty, but blue skies and plenty of sunshine helped make the Hartsville Christmas Parade 2016 one to remember! The parade featured Hartsville’s first responders, local businesses, combined Hartsville High School and Middle School marching bands, dance troops, and an appearance from the 2016 All- America City delegation as Grand Marshalls. The JROTC cadets of Hartsville High School will presented the colors as the parade wound through the downtown, with Santa delighting children at the finale.
