Darlington’s Market on Main holds ribbon cutting

Yesterday, The Greater Darlington Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting at the Market on Pearl, 103 Pearl Street in Darlington. Darlington County Coroner J. Todd Hardee supplied the building and Lee Privette did the extensive renovations. Amanda Heitsman Watts is handling day-to-day operations of the Market. A large crowd of citizens, business leaders, city and county officials were on hand for the event.

The Market on Main was opened on August 1st and continues to serve the public every Thursday evening from 3pm to 7pm, serving locally-grown vegetables, flowers, desserts, gift items, soaps, and much more!
