American Red Cross disaster-trained volunteers are assisting a family whose home, located on Philadelphia St in Darlington, was damaged by a fire yesterday evening.

Darlington City Tree Board holds Arbor Day Remembrance at Millworkers Monument
The Darlington Manufacturing Monument was the site of an Arbor Day Remembrance celebration on Friday, December 2nd. Darlington City Tree Board has donated 4 Japanese Maple trees and they have been planted at the four corners of the monument.
