Sheriff presented bloodhound puppies
Darlington County Sheriff Tony Chavis was presented with two male bloodhound puppies Dec. 20 by breeder Ty Neal of Darlington. The puppies were born Oct. 29 to Tracey and Trooper. Raceway donates $5,000 to fallen officers’ memorial
