Darlington Country Club opens new 18th Hole
On Thursday, August 25th, owners Timmy and Nancy Huntley, as well as the management and staff of the Darlington Country Club, held a ribbon-cutting to open their newest addition – a relocated and totally redone 18th hole on the club’s golf course.
Siska to sing National Anthem
Darlington Raceway announces rising country music entertainer Josiah Siska to sing the National Anthem in advance of the first race of the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs, the 73rd running of the Cook Out Southern 500 on Sunday, Sept. 4.

On Saturday, August 13th, from 6:30-8:30 pm, the Darlington County Sheriff’s Dept., the Hartsville Police Dept. and the Hartsville Fire Dept. held a “National Night Out” at Burry Park in Hartsville.
