District paying $1.6 million for U.S. 52 land
The Darlington County School District is paying $1.6 million for the 112 acres of land the district is buying off Governor Williams Highway/U.S. 52.
McLeod founder’s home gets historical marker
McLeod Health unveiled a historical marker in front of the home of its founder, Dr. F.H. McLeod, on May 19. The unveiling event also included an Open House for the McLeod Health Foundation with tours of their new office location for community members and McLeod employees.
