Sumter teen dies after single-car accident
A single car collision has claimed the life of a Sumter County girl. The accident happened shortly after 4 p.m. on January 31 inside Darlington County on Kelly Bridge Road in Hartsville. Lidia Velasquez, 17, of Wedgefield was pronounced dead at the scene by Darlington County Coroner J Todd Hardee.
