Ronald Anderson III

Ronald “Taeton” Sasser Anderson, III, infant son of Ronald S. Anderson, Jr. and Matilyn Anderson, passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018. Taeton was born in Florence on February 8, 2018. He is survived by his parents, his sisters, Tyrian Tacoma Anderson and Everleigh Lyric Anderson; his maternal grandmother, Kim D. Suggs and his maternal great-grandmother, Myrdie Turner, both of Darlington; his paternal grandmother, Tara Ann Evans of Georgetown, and his paternal grandfather, Ronald S. Anderson of Pamplico; his paternal great-grandmother, Mary Jeanette Hutchinson, and his paternal great-grandmother, Glenda Turner, and many extended family members.

A memorial service was held 6 p.m. Friday, February 23rd in the chapel at Belk Funeral Home. The family received friends following the service, and other times at the home of Kim Suggs, 340 Doneraile St. Darlington.

James Roger Weatherford

James Roger Weatherford, 73, of Darlington died on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home outdoor garden chapel. The family received friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Kistler Hardee Funeral Home and other times at the home, 581 Journeys End Road, Darlington, SC.

Roger was born in Evergreen. He was the son of the late JD and Louise Weatherford. Roger enjoyed racing, fishing and working. He also enjoyed spending time with his loving family and friends.

Surviving are the love of his life, Jackie Weatherford of Darlington; his children, Jamie (Kim) Weatherford, Danny (Penny) Weatherford and Randy (Elizabeth) Weatherford all of Darlington; his loving grandchildren, Corey, Ethan, Cayde, Gage, Chase and Mellanea-Cate; and his sisters, Linda (Wayne) Turner and Dianne Braddock.

Billy Street

William “Billy” W. Street, age 68, passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018. A memorial service was held 4 p.m. Sunday, February 25th at Free Will Baptist Bible Church, directed by Belk Funeral Home. The family received friends from 3-4 p.m. Sunday at the church fellowship hall, and other times at 1065 E. McIver Rd. Darlington.

Born October 18, 1949, Billy is the son of the late William W. Street, Sr., and Lexine Gandy Street. He worked as a truck driver, and as a boat mechanic. Billy enjoyed playing golf, fishing, going to yard sales, bowling, and going to the So-Lina Auction.

Surviving are his wife, Deborah “Debbie” Barfield Street; his son, Wayne Street of Darlington; two brothers, Lawrence (Sabrina) Street and Mike Street; two sisters, Laura Rolfe and Michelle (Joe) Smith; his brother-in-law, Ronnie (Dee) Barfield of Latta; his sisters-in-law, Pearl (Bobby) Miles of Columbia and Diane (Cricket) Davis of Oak Island, NC. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many nieces and nephews.
