IT-oLogy Innovation Challenge registration open

The South Carolina Department of Education and IT-oLogy are pleased to announce the Innovation Challenge, a new statewide competition for students in grades 3-12. The purpose of the Challenge is to create projects using technology to solve, or bring awareness to a problem in the community.

Examples could include:
• Robotics
• Web Design
• App Development
• Graphic Design
• Video/Audio
• Virtual Reality

The top innovators chosen from each of three age divisions (elementary, middle and high school) will showcase their projects at the South Carolina State Fair on Saturday, October 21. You’ll receive more than just bragging rights. To help you keep those innovative juices flowing we’re also awarding:
• Scholarship Awards
• Cool Technology
• Free Workshop Registration

The deadline for submissions is October 8. For more information, visit www.it-ology.org/get-connected/programs/innovation-challenge. Complete the form on this page and get updated with all of the details you’ll need to enter your project. Check out the Guidelines and Rules, review the Getting Started guide, use the resources to help develop your project. Once you have reviewed the Guidelines and Rules and created your project, you’re ready to enter!
