Girl Scouts to hold Fall Festival

City of Florence Parks and Recreation, Girl Scouts of Eastern South Carolina, and Blue Choice Health Plan of South Carolina will host its annual Fall Festival on Saturday, September 23.

There will be crafts, games, prizes, music and community vendors. The event will be held from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Parents will have the opportunity to learn more about businesses and services in the community. While there, you can also check out the Girl Scout information table where you can sign up to become a volunteer and find out how to register your daughter in the Girl Scout program.

The Fall Festival will be at the Timrod Park, Florence Playground Area (400 Timrod Drive).

Bring the family and enjoy a fun, informative, and safe environment. If you would like additional information about the event, contact April Alston at aalston@cityofflorence.com or Benita Jacobs at benitajacobs@girlscoutsesc.org.
