Four arrested in Sheriff’s Department narcotics Investigation

Darlington County Sheriff Tony Chavis has announced the arrest of four individuals following a Thursday morning search of a residence on Cari Lane in the Hartsville area of Darlington County.
“Investigators with the Drug Enforcement Unit served a search warrant at 1607 Cari Ln. following an investigation into the sale of illegal narcotics at the residence,” stated Sheriff Chavis. “Inside the residence, investigators recovered a stolen .32 caliber Taurus pistol, a 7.62×39 caliber SKS rifle, 10.4 grams of methamphetamine, 9 schedule II narcotic pills, 12 grams of marijuana and $1,345 of currency.”

Daniel Gonzalez Woodham, 26, of Hartsville, has been charged with trafficking methamphetamine, two counts of distribution of methamphetamine, possession of stolen pistol, possession of a controlled substance and simple possession of marijuana.

Makayla Lynn Morris, 18, of Hartsville, has been charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of a stolen pistol, one count of possession of controlled substance and one count of simple possession of marijuana.

Glinda Faye Gandy, 39, of Hartsville, has been charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Joseph Lee Marsh, 43, of Hartsville, has been charged with simple possession of marijuana.
