The Darlington Police Department is asking the public for help identifying a subject who placed a skimmer and camera device on the First Citizens Bank’s ATM machine located at 511 Pearl Street in Darlington.
The Darlington Police Department is asking the public for help identifying a subject who placed a skimmer and camera device on the First Citizens Bank’s ATM machine located at 511 Pearl Street in Darlington.
The skimmer and camera were discovered by a First Citizens Bank employee at approximately 6:00 p.m. on June 19, 2016, which were placed on the machine earlier that day at approximately 6:13 a.m.
