City of Hartsville Parks and Recreation Department opens outdoor basketball court at Byerly Park
The City of Hartsville Parks and Recreation Department has opened an outdoor basketball court on the campus of Byerly Park at 701 West Washington St. This court is open daily from dawn to dusk and is free to the public.
