A visit to Macedonia Life-Skills Center

Macedonia Life-Skills Center, 115 Exchange St. in Darlington, aims to “keep children off the streets and out of trouble.” The center, formed in 1998 and incorporated in 2002, is a nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to helping youths and their families “become self-sufficient and productive citizens.” These photos from the group’s summer programs are courtesy of Patsy Sawyer, founder and executive director.
