Congratulations to Thelma Brown, Site Manager of Palmetto Apartments in Darlington, S.C. On December 9, 2015 Thelma received the Director’s Award for Outstanding Site Manager for 2015 at the Partnership Property Management Annual Awards Banquet held at the Southeastern Institute of Manufacturing and Technology (SIMT) in Florence, S.C. This award is presented by Emily DeMasters, Director, to a Site Manager chosen from nominees of over 50 properties that has shown exceptional professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication to their property. She was honored in front of over 100 co-workers including Mr. Mike Holoman, CEO and Owner of Partnership Property Management.
Ms. Brown has worked with Partnership Property Management since 2009 and was nominated by her Property Manager, Gloria Denning. She has been chosen for this prestigious award because of her excellence in meeting budgetary goals, maintaining quality housing and superb relations with the residents. Ms. Brown continually demonstrates her desire to go above and beyond to keep her residents in safe, affordable and quality housing.
