The second Sunday in October of each year is designated and dedicated as a day on which shall be commemorated by every Lodge of Elks in the memories of our departed Elk Brothers and Dgts of Elkdom and is known as “The Elks’ Memorial Day. ”

Rev. Moses gave an outstanding sermon entitled, “Stay In the Race”, with the Biblical text from the 11 Chapter of Hebrews. The Dgts and Brothers donated a love offering to the church and then had a Fellowship Dinner at the School House Restaurant.
