Society Hill man arrested for murdering nephew
The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office has charged James Alvis Kinley Jr., 53, with murder in the stabbing death of his nephew after an argument.
The incident took place on Union Street in the Society Hill area of Darlington County on Sunday morning.
The victim is identified as Damaal Rernard Cook age 31.
Kinley is being held at the Darlington County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
