News and Press brings home 10 SCPA Awards

The staff at the News and Press had another banner year, bringing home ten awards at the recent South Carolina Press Association (SCPA) Annual Meeting & Awards Presentation on March 19, 2016 at The Marriott in Downtown Columbia, S.C.
The contest guidelines were for content published mid November 2014 to mid November 2015. Last year, the News and Press won 13 awards.
The SCPA has served newspapers of South Carolina since 1852; the News and Press remains an independent newspaper, locally owned family business in Downtown Darlington, S.C. serving Darlington County since 1874.
